Easily Identify Suspect Data and Flow Anomalies
The Flowcal Enterprise Exception Resolver provides a forum for a user to quickly review and resolve the identified exceptions. Each message is color coded according to the exception's severity. The user has countless options for sorting and grouping both the current and historical data. By double-clicking on an exception, the offending data set is opened for the user to quickly evaluate the anomaly. The user can then edit the data or select "ignore", thus changing the exception from the unresolved state to either "resolved by user" or "ignored" (retaining a complete audit trail in both cases).
Manage Gas Quality Analysis and GQ Source in Flowcal Enterprise
Analysis Gas quality is efficiently managed by the Gas Quality Source and Assignment module. Each independent analysis, whether from an on-line gas chromatograph or a lab, is validated upon receipt. After validation, all meters assigned to the analysis are automatically updated. This one-to-many relationship helps simplify edits and their associated audit trail.
Distribution couldn't be easier when utilizing the built in Report Scheduler. This function allows standard or custom reports to be created and distributed on a user specified interval that includes daily, weekly, and monthly. The distribution mediums include fax, e-mail, network printer, or web posting. This Windows service utilizes a monitoring function that retains a complete audit trail of the successful and unsuccessful distributions including automatic retry capabilities.
Prior Period Adjustments and
Close Functions
In Flow Cal Enterprise, monthly closes are assisted by the Close Group Scheduler. This Windows service closes meter groupings according to the user specified schedule. Any modifications performed after closing requires a prior period adjustment. The Monthly Close Functions & Service module retains an elaborate audit trail for reducing confusion on historical volume reviews.
Easily Manage User Security
The security features of Flow-Cal Enterprise are robust yet easy to manage. All program functions have read, write, edit, delete, and add privileges. An administrator assigns these privileges on a user and/or group basis. Authorization is given anytime an individual user is granted access or is a member of a group that has access.
